Our Mission

We believe in providing deep-acting and holistic healthcare that lasts. We take the time to get to know our patients, and we personalize treatment plans that would best suit their needs.

There is one consolation in being sick; and that is the possibility that you may recover to a better state than you were ever in before.
— Henry David Thoreau

What we do:

What We Treat:

  • Root Causes:

    • Because of the therapies that we use, we can treat a variety of illnesses by identifying and treating the root cause. I personally believe that emotions often lay at the base of many chronic illnesses, so I seek to understand the emotional landscape of each individual, their personalities, and their personal histories.

  • Mental Health

    • Generalized anxiety

    • Depression

    • Bipolar disorder

    • Mood disorders

Therapies We use:

  • Homeopathy

    • Homeopathy is a system of medicine that is based on the idea that "like treats like". Symptoms that a person may be experiencing can be treated with substances from nature that provoke identical symptoms in high doses but promote the body's own healing response to resolve those very same symptoms in low doses. Because everyone experiences their symptoms uniquely, one person with an illness will often receive a different remedy from another person with the same illness.

  • Nutrition

    • Hippocrates, a Greek physician and a powerful figure in the history of medicine, once said, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food." What and how we eat can have a profound impact on our health, and the first step to healthy eating is the knowledge of how to eat and being conscious of our eating habits. Even though food can be our medicine, it doesn't have to be a chore. It should be delicious and fun!

  • Lifestyle Modification

    • Sometimes the small changes that we make in our lives provide incredible benefit to our health, and they can be as simple as regular exercise, smoking or alcohol cessation, healthy sleep and eating habits, and stress reduction. Our goal is to provide guidance and support during these valuable changes.

  • Emotional Freedom Technique

    • EFT is a psychological acupressure technique that can be used to resolve the "stuck" emotions that negatively impact our lives. This technique has been shown to be helpful with even strong emotions, such as phobias, memories of past traumatic events, and generalized anxiety.

  • Botanical Medicine

    • Plants, like many other organisms in the natural world, survive over time with a variety defense mechanisms to adapt to its environment. Some defense mechanisms can be as obvious as thorns and bad odors or as subtle as toxic compounds. Similarly, plants develop their own "immune system" to protect themselves from bacteria, viruses, and fungi. Botanical medicine uses these defense chemicals as well as a complex array of other physiological compounds to benefit our own health.
